Welcome to SYN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at synformula.com (the "Site") and any products, services, or content offered by SYN Formula, Inc. ("SYN," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or purchase SYN products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. SYN is a dietary supplement designed for adults of legal drinking age.

2. Products & FDA Disclaimer

SYN products are classified as dietary supplements under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA). Our products are manufactured in the United States in GMP-certified facilities.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Individual results may vary. SYN is formulated to support your body's natural alcohol metabolism processes, but it does not prevent intoxication, enhance sobriety, or protect against the effects of excessive alcohol consumption. SYN is not a substitute for responsible drinking. Never drink and drive.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we send you a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Payment in full is required before any order is processed or shipped. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax.

5. Subscription Terms

When you subscribe to SYN, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the subscription price displayed at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew at regular intervals until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@synformula.com or through your account portal. Cancellation requests take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your paid period.

No refunds will be issued for subscription renewals that have already been processed and shipped. If you wish to avoid being charged for the next renewal, please cancel before the renewal date shown in your account.

6. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order. If you are not satisfied with SYN for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund of the product purchase price.

• To request a refund, email hello@synformula.com with your order number.
• There is no need to return the product. Keep it, give it to a friend, or discard it.
• The 30-day guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@synformula.com with your order number and photo evidence of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

7. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Subscription orders include free standard shipping within the United States. Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped.

SYN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control. We are also not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product formulations, trade names, trademarks, and software, is the property of SYN Formula, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent. The SYN name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of SYN Formula, Inc.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or our products in any manner that:

• Involves resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of our products without authorization
• Exports our products in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Involves automated scraping, data mining, or similar data-gathering techniques
• Interferes with or disrupts the Site, servers, or connected networks
• Involves impersonation of any person or entity, or misrepresentation of your affiliation
• Introduces malicious code, viruses, or harmful material
• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site and cancel any orders if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in prohibited conduct.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our products.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SYN FORMULA, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO SYN IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SYN Formula, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your purchase or use of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us at hello@synformula.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Binding Arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and SYN agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Delaware.

Class Action Waiver. YOU AND SYN AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Jury Trial Waiver. YOU AND SYN HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN CONNECTION WITH ANY DISPUTE ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS.

Small Claims Exception. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
