Taking it
When and how do I take it?
Light night out: one capsule with water, about thirty minutes before your first drink. Heavy night out: take two. That is the whole routine.
What if I forget to take it before?
Take it as soon as you remember. It works taken after drinking too. For the best result, take it before your first drink.
Do I take it every day?
No. One capsule per night you drink. There is nothing to load up on and nothing that needs to build in your system over weeks.
Do I have to drink less?
SYN is not built around changing how much you drink. It is built around what your body has to do overnight afterwards.
Does it replace drinking water?
No. The electrolytes in SYN are a top-up alongside your water, not a substitute for it. Drink water as you normally would.

What is in it?

Are there proprietary blends?
