Products, prices and availability

We do our best to show products, ingredients and doses accurately, but colours and packaging can vary slightly from images on screen.

Orders and billing

Please give us a current email and an accurate shipping address. Orders with incomplete or clearly wrong details may be delayed or cancelled, and we will email you if that happens.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we believe it is fraudulent, where it is for resale, or where a price or product listing was clearly wrong. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Your first subscription order is discounted by size (25% off 1 box, 29% off 2 boxes, 33% off 3 boxes), and each renewal is 10% off the one-time price, as shown before you subscribe and at checkout. You can pause, skip, change or cancel at any time from your account, and changes need to be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Shipping, refunds and the guarantee

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times, rates and what happens with a lost or damaged parcel are on the shipping page.

Your first order is covered by our 30-day guarantee. Later orders and renewals are not refundable. The refund policy sets out exactly what is and is not covered, and it governs over anything said elsewhere.

Reviews and anything else you send us

If you send us a review, photo, comment or suggestion, you give us permission to use, publish and edit it without owing you anything for it. You confirm it is your own work and that it is not unlawful or offensive.

We may remove anything we consider abusive, misleading or in breach of someone else's rights, and we are under no obligation to publish or keep any submission.

Our content

The SYN name, logo, packaging, site design, photography and written content belong to us. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
