Your exact rate is calculated at checkout, before you pay.

How long it takes

We pick and pack your order in one to two business days. Standard delivery then takes another three to seven business days, and express takes two to three.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays. An order placed on Friday evening starts processing on Monday.

Tracking

Your order confirmation arrives straight away. A second email follows with a tracking link once the parcel leaves us. If the tracking sits still for a few days, email us and we will chase the carrier.

Wrong address or a change of mind

Email info@synformula.com as soon as you spot it. If we have not picked the order yet we can usually correct the address or cancel it. Once the carrier has it we cannot redirect it.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can send it out again, but shipping is charged a second time.

Lost, late or damaged

If tracking says delivered and nothing has arrived, check with your building and your neighbours first, then email us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

If the box arrives damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Outside the US
