Subscription terms
How it works
You pick a delivery frequency at checkout. From then on we ship a box on that schedule and charge your card each time until you cancel. Shipping is free on every subscription order.
Your first subscription order is discounted by size: 25% off 1 box, 29% off 2 boxes and 33% off 3 boxes. Every renewal after that is 10% off the one-time price — $61.20 for 1 box, $104.40 for 2 boxes and $140.40 for 3 boxes. Both prices are shown before you subscribe, at checkout and again in your account.
Renewals and charges
When you subscribe you authorise us to charge each renewal without asking you again. We email a reminder before every charge so you have time to skip or cancel first.
If a payment fails we retry it and email you. Keep your card details current in your account so a box is never held up.
Skip, change or pause
All of it is in your account. Skip a single box if you are travelling, move the next delivery date, change how often it arrives, or pause the subscription for a while.
Changes have to be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. After that the order is already with our fulfilment partner and cannot be stopped, changed or refunded.
Cancelling
Cancel from your account, or email info@synformula.com and we will do it for you. You will not have to call anyone or sit through an offer to stay.
Cancelling stops every future renewal. An order that has already been charged and sent to fulfilment still ships, and cancelling does not refund it.
Refunds on subscriptions
The 30-day guarantee covers your first order only. Renewals are not refundable, so skipping and cancelling are one click in your account and you are never stuck with a box you did not want.
Changes and discretion
If we change subscription pricing or terms, we email you before your next renewal so you can cancel first. We may also end a subscription at our discretion, in which case nothing further is charged.

If you’re not happy with SYN, email us within 30 days of your first order for a full refund. Keep the box and both guides. Nothing to send back.
